The work is grounded in the belief that healthier organizations are shaped not only by expertise and systems, but also by how people lead, communicate, build trust, and work together.

I am Teresa Jones, MA, RDN, LD, a leadership development consultant and facilitator with more than 30 years of experience across nutrition, public health, workforce development, and organizational learning.

My career began in nutrition and dietetics, where I developed a strong understanding of public health systems, healthcare environments, community needs, and the realities facing professionals who are often asked to do more with limited time and resources. My graduate studies in health studies and health promotion broadened my perspective beyond nutrition and deepened my interest in the conditions that support individual, organizational, and community well-being.

Over time, I became increasingly drawn to the relational and leadership dimensions of the work: communication, self-awareness, emotionally intelligent leadership, meaningful relationships, and the conditions that help people contribute fully and thrive.

Today, through Fair Consulting Services, LLC, I design and facilitate leadership development experiences, reflective learning opportunities, meaningful conversations, and relationship-centered spaces for leaders and professionals who want to grow with greater clarity, purpose, and intention.

My approach is grounded, relational, and reflective. I create space for people to pause, listen, connect, and explore what matters most. The goal is not to provide quick answers or force a particular outcome. It is to help people think more deeply, strengthen relationships, deepen understanding, and move forward in ways that feel purposeful and aligned.

I am especially passionate about supporting public health, healthcare, nonprofit, and other mission-driven organizations. Whether I am facilitating a leadership cohort, guiding a meaningful conversation, supporting a leader through growth or transition, or creating space for reflection and connection, my goal is to help people reconnect with what matters most, strengthen relationships, and show up with greater clarity, purpose, and authenticity.
